The NC2 Hospitality Services programme aims to develop practical skills and essential knowledge of the industry, through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on training, learners build confidence, professionalism, teamwork, communication, and workplace discipline.
By the end of the one-year programme, students should be able to perform basic hospitality duties safely and efficiently, apply good hygiene and service standards, use essential digital and numeracy skills, and demonstrate the practical abilities and professional attitudes needed for further training or entry into the hospitality industry.
